This is the best Thursday album. I love them all but this one has everything and its Geoff's best writing. Steps Ascending just blew me away with its raw emotion. If you dont like them just because some idiot labels them emo then your missing out on a great band. Great music is great music, fuck labels!

I still perfer Waiting and Full collapse. War all the time is okay. A city divided by the light was mix feelings. Theyd be a better band if they sticked with Level plane records instead of going big and mediocre. Such a good band that went to the wrong direction. Reasons why the later got fucked over by Victory records (Shitty poser label) and went on to another shitty major label Island records. They had a better chance of making more better stuff while Level plane was a active indepdent label.
