Man has prog ever grooved (and swung) harder than this? It's insanely complex music but you can almost dance to it! I know there are people out there who think GG's music is a little academic and tricky for its own sake, but bloody hell listen to this track: more hooks than a tackle box :-)

Martin Smith!!! He play on original versions of my favorites as well "Giant", "Funny ways", "Alucard", "Nothing at all", "The house, the street, the room", "Wreck" and "Plain truth"! He was not just a luckiest drummer but a real accomplished musician. RIP Martin :(. But my preference goes to John Weathers who was a complete multi-instrumentist! Pugwash kill them all!

Loved Gentle Giant but the singer could be better. Good quality but they should have got a more gutsy vocalist.

pretty awesome, interesting how listening to this singer makes me want to hear shulman's signature husky voice instead and at times I've thought man I don't know about shulman's voice.. haha, guess you just get used to things a certain way... great to see them playing no doubt... gentle giant is awesome

Wow! This is just awesome, in every sense of the word. I can't believe I am only just now discovering Three Friends. Freehand sounds terrific. All the original spark and drive is there.
