Where is John on the Bass Guitar...man that song is nothing without him

I love the who, but the live peformance (same with 5:15) of this song makes painfully obvious how important john really was, the song just loses all its power without john's signature sound and sound levels. Great peformance by pete and roger tho.

This was always a bass-driven song and doesn't have the same impact without it being featured. RIP John Entwistle.

2:14 to 2:26 show cases rock's greatest duo. Those 2 just work so well together. After 50 years they work so seamlessly together that they seem to be communicating telepathically. No one will ever match the talent, exuberance and energy the Who and bands from their era had. Music is way to commercial nowadays. I am not saying the Who weren't out to get money when they started, but they did what they did because they LOVED it, not just to make some money. The energy those 2 show in their late 60's surpasses anything around today. Nothing can beat a concert from one of the bands or artists of the old guard. Soak it up while you can, this is their last tour, Clapton is thinking of retiring, Ringo is slowing down. They won't be around forever, and when they are gone all we will have is Kanye West and his like.

Scott Devours is a better drummer than Zak Starkey.

You said it. I just thought: Daltrey is singing this amazingly and reminds me of the original recording... and so what. This is not a classic for the Who. "The Seeker", "I Can't Explain", "Won't Get Fooled Again". Yes. We will know and listen to the Who in 50 years (we'll be dead in100) and who is this al Sharpton dude - should I listen to hiM? did he ever play with Metallica like Diamond Head? Ha ha. why do we mention his name. I saw Moon once live, far away, but it didn't matter. It was like someone from another planet decided to join us. Way better than Peart.
