Either way sounds like Doug singing, doing a nice job of it. I think Lou sung the (not fully) Loaded album version? Or maybe it was Doug and Lou on left and right tracks, for that double voice effect.

Plus they cleaned up the lyrics for the final version, heroin reference removed (sweet Jimmy Brown). And I like the thing about the photographer, shame they removed that too. What's the lyric in verse 2 - something like "old one inna bin and start it again"? Can't get my ears around it.
