Apparently Myra Brooks submitted her little poem to a church periodical. It was a blessing, but later came to be named "Anonymous". A song was composed, as might be expected, and in one performance a man stood up and claimed that the words were those of his mother Myra Brooks Welch. She had been confined to a wheelchair and ravaged by arthritis. Nevertheless the incredible joy of the Lord came to her in poems and the world was the richer.

This is truly beautiful. God sees the true worth in us. 'the worth of souls is great in the sight of God.' D&C 18:10. WE need to choose to follow him, so he can make this change in us, and let the true melodies he has put in us to ring out. We must come to understand our worth in the sight of God and we must value ourselves to let this happen. We cannot let this world sell us for less than our worth. Many years ago I was touched by HIS hand. My life was transformed. Over time and many trials I drifted away until a year ago HE touched me once again partly through the untimely passing of someone I knew long ago. The Lord used her passing to bring me closer to him than ever before. Praise His Name.

"It was the touch of the Master's Hand", when we allow Almighty God to take control of our lives He makes everything new again just as the old violin just needed polishing and showing to all what it can do, it is the same for us. 2nd Corinthians 5:17, says "Therefore if any man be in Christ he is a new creature, old things are past away, behold all things are become new". THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL SONG, PRAISE GOD.
