I wonder what the Temps would've been like had the classic 5 not split up. I mean ya know, had Paul not suffered from Depression and alcoholism, etc. If David wasn't an egomaniac and drug addict. If Eddie was never a smoker or quit early enough to save his life and voice. I know the direction of their music wouldve gone quite different. Dont get me wrong, I appreciate all of Dennis Edwards's contributions to their sound, but I'd give him up for David Ruffin anyday.
