Ok this is a well worn debate but the lyrics do say "liverpool's where I belong." Does this mean the Roses didnt go in for the manc/scouse rivalry, or that it wasnt even a thing, back then?

sam fullen. well explained mate, I don't think people would like the legendary band, the stone roses to be classed in the same genre as one direction. the stone roses were a band for those whom had an awesome music taste and those who preferred music made from proper instruments whereas one direction are completely, utterly, useless, talentless, pitiable morons. this band is for those without a single brain cell working in their central nervous system and those whom listen to the likes of nicki minaj etc. so much autotune. at the end of the day,nineties music is the best there was and ever will be and the madchester scene?...... words cant describe how great everything was.
