The Slackers Close My Eyes album was one of the most under-rated (and unknown) album impo. It definitely reflected the turbulent times the nation (and the world) was going through 10 years ago to this day. From 9/11 to the war in Iraq and Middle East. Paranoia, fear, anger, frustration. This album was one that literally kept me sane through it all. Definitely a sort of quasi-ode and rant towards Bin Laden at the time. Hence, the "Bin Waitin" title. Just trying to make sense of it all.
