I hope I didn't wake you up, did I? Unlike UV this is a OLI release. UV is better than this, I think. From what I've managed to find on research the Shamen didn't particularly like the making of this album. Too rushed. I think it shows in the lack of complexity of the compositions. As for drugs, YOU can do them as much as you like just don't ask me to restabilize the aftermath. However you are correct on the bit about being mere puppets for the Corporate elite. Fight back not fall asleep.

I believe they had to do one more album for one little indian, the record company they were with at the time, it was made very quickly. I miss them a lot. I disagree with achtpriordeal972.

I think this track captures the beginnings of the demise of the Shamen. They were no longer taken seriously because they had sold out to the mass market & big business. This album was album was an attempt to strip it all down & go back to where they came from. But it was too late. People can take only so much of "I want it to be about my comforts & a carry on". Sorry. But TRUE. Smoking weed all the time makes you a slacker....
