Jimmy Marinos has got to be the most entertaining musician I've ever seen. Great band.

Putting Detroit back on the rock and roll map in the late 70's and early 80's! One of my favorite bands out of the motor city! Anyone know if there still around?

This seems to be another bass player different from the one on the middle 80s classics....

I heard this song followed by 'Poor Little Rich Girl' in the late 70s or early 80s on the King Biscut hour on FM radio late on a Sunday night , I loved the music and had no idea it was the pop band the Romantics ; well know for the overplayed 'what I like about you' song sung by their drummer. This song is a great song dude !!!

I saw these guys in 1984 in Eugene, Oregon, at the Hult, and they were beyond spectacular!  One of the very best of all time, esp. Wally and Jimmy.

I saw the Romantics in 1982 in New Orleans at a place called Ole' Man Rivers. They were the opening act for The Producers. I didn't really know who they were, but man, they were dynamite good. I remember they played this song, and the guys in this video were the guys I saw. Coz Canler, the lead guitarist had the gold top Les Paul w the P-90 pickups (pictured in this video) and he would bend the neck until it would almost break - unreal. They also had the wall of HIWATT amps behind them like here. Nothing against the Producers, but it is simply a bad idea to follow the Romantics, they had so much energy, and their Rock and Roll style is great. My favorite band from the 1908s new wave era - by far. Coz Canler was/is a great Rock n Roll guitarist. I know, I have played for 40 years.

Such a great song! This is my favorite Romantics song. This song brings back so many great memories. Sadly, this song did not get as much air play as some of their other hit songs did. Thanks for posting this video.
