I am sure that the most scared demoniac song is this "Sympathy for the devil". Because of the brilliance of Mick's vocal & Keith's guitar, It's needless to say about the goodness of this song. Although I don't know accurately the man who wrote this lyrics, I guess that Mick Jagger did it probably after the eager investigation about religious, satanic history . Now, let's analyze the lyrics. "Anastasia screamed in vain". At my high school era, I've learned that Princess Anastasia was killed by the revolutionary power at the beginning of 20th century. The devil was a witness at the Russia Revolution. Then, we have to notice next phrase. "Just as every cop is a criminal, all the sinners are saints". (I've been educated that a sinner differs from a criminal) What an astonishing Paradox this is! We Japanese can not express such bold and paradoxical remarks at all. Mick Jagger is an extremely excellent poet as same as a vocalist and is a person of intelligence despite his looks or behaviors.

Aug 89 was in the upper level at Carter Finley Stadium, eye level profile of Mick on that platform. The POWER and CONTROL he had over the 60,000 people in that stadium was the most unbelievable thing I've ever seen at a concert!!! The greatest entertainer ever!
