this song and a few others were banned from radio stations and were not allowed to be performed on stage back in the day . Sympathy for the devil was another I remember . the Stones help to shape the world as we know it today .Ray in Pa.

Let's continue with more December Stones with a fifth on the 5th.*1 December 1968* - They release *Beggars Banquet*.*2 December 1997* - A man died at their concert after falling from a stadium balcony.*3 December 1965* - Ketih Richards is knocked out cold onstage by an electric shock when his guitar makes contact with a microphone.*3 December 1969* - The band records "Brown Sugar" at the famous Muscle Shoals studios in Alabama. It would become yet another of their #1 hits.*4 December 1965* - They release the album *December's Children (And Everybody's)* *5 December 1968* - The band and special guests celebrate the release of the album *Beggars Banquet* by holding a banquet (Makes sense, right?)
