I (and quite a few people I know) happen to like their hair and style. Also, I don't think that the verse you said is really talking about dressing. I, mean, where is it in the Bible that you can't dress casualty? They're not walking around without pants on or wearing shirts supporting drugs or anything. Plus, it is mentioned several times in the Bible that man's outward appearance is not what matters. God looks on the inside, and we should follow His example.

@SuperGamer87 hey wow you know your stuff pretty well! sorry i forgot to mention that im actually a muslim, i didnt mean to start a misconception of what Jesus was like (we actually try to avoid trying to creating images of religious figures) and to be fair i shouldnt have dived into those waters. i was just trying to relate to the guy who was making himself seem like a good christian by talking about what i thought you guys beleived in, again sorry. :)

@BabyMan39 Actually, Jesus didn't have long hair. That is a common misconception. As a Jew, he would've worn his hair short. Also, remember that Judas had to kiss him to point him out of group of his Jewish brethren, indicating that he looked no different than his Jewish contemporaries. Also, notice that the first "Christ" paintings came centuries after his time, and they used models to paint from. Also, Isaiah 53 said that Jesus wouldn't even be a handsome guy. Just thought I offer this.
