Thanks! It's recorded in my garage, which we partly turned into a little home studio. It's hard to come up with tips.. Well, one thing people often forget when recording and mixing a drum cover is room mics. The room sound is what the makes the drums come alive. I didn't really do anything special on the mix for this one. I triggered the kickdrum, just for consistency in the sound, i do that in almost all my covers.

Thanks! It's a combination of a lot of things. Good sounding drums, micing the kit properly and knowing how to mix! I hope that didn't sound too prententious :P
