I enjoy that idea! I just stumbled upon an earlier version (entitled My Brother the Comet) that has some major lyrical differences, including a more accurate description of the order and placement of said subatomic particles. So it's obvious that the change was purposeful. (I do have to admit I like the buildup in that one a lot)

I feel like the ignorant portrayal of subatomic particles is supposed to be from the viewpoint of someone who doesn't really comprehend the thing they're afraid of, but know enough to be absolutely terrifying
