One of Milwaukee's most exciting live bands, the Orbits formed from the ashes of numerous short lived groups including In A Hot Coma and the Drones. While their roots were embedded in British pub rock, they soon morphed into a super tight mod revival band (a la The Jam). The two songs from their sole single exemplify pure perfection of the genre. The band survived less than two years before members went on to play in bands like the Shivvers and Speeders.
