Who's the other guitarist? And why do The Offspring even need him? I thought Dexter and Noodles have everything covered for playing Rhythm and Lead guitars. Is the other guy like a fail-safe guitarist; in case one of them fumbles up?

Pretty good performance, thinking this song was recorded 19 years ago. But, yes not as great as in 94'. But people age, we all have to deal with that.
