O.M.G how can you call yourself a fan Matthew Philips and anyone else, if you insult someone, now I'm confused, did you ever think that his slur maybe from something other then what you obviously think is from drinking, who wasn't thinner, better looking or in better health in their youth??? Grow up he's a legend in his younger days and still regarded as such by his true fans and friends. :P The one's who don't insult him!!!

@deadthings13 Sorry if I offended you or your views, I'm not exactly sure what you are attempting to communicate, but with my limited knowledge of other culture I believe you just insulted me. If not, please disregard this comment. I was was only trying to make a joke on his later career, in which is accent and slur is more prominent. It was supposed to be in good humor from one fan of Shane to any others that were also surprised at his vocal clarity in his younger days.
