Was written by McCann Erickson as a 'Coca-Cola' commercial... Also covered in 1971 by The New Seekers; their version reached #7 on the Top 100... R.I.P. Mr. Clark {1929 - 2012}...

This song came first. It was produced by David MacKay. David also arranged it. The Coca Cola commercial made it even more famous. David is a dear friend and musical genius.
