It just melts your heart the Way he looks at her & is surprised at how well she sings. They were great together in The Great Caruso! So sad that Mario Lanza sang the sound track for The Student Prince but not the part of The Prince due to a conflict with the new manager. He & Ann Blyth would have been wonderful. Edmund Purdum played the part. The CD with Mario Lanza was well received, but the movie wasn't. Very unfortunate. Thank you for sharing this heartwarming video.9 years назад

We shared a birthday, albeit not year. I threatened to write any number of times. I am a fan of the Four Freshmen and when they sing "Angel Eyes" I think of Ann. What a lady but why didn't she sing the Helen Morgan Story? What was Hollywood thinking? I met Ann Blyth in 1967 after watching her on stage in "Kismet". She was so beautiful and as gracious as she could be. But what I remember most was gazing into her eyes.
