▶ #TheIndelicates - Be Afraid of Your ParentsIt’s been a marvellous party with marvellous guestsWe been discussing the decline of the decadent westOver nibbles and wine we are disarmed and impressedby the charming men in uniformIt’s been a wonderful evening we’ve exchanged our viewsHow the zionists doesn’t mean the jewsAt no single step did we feel confusedBy the charming men in uniformBe afraid of your parentsBe afraid of their clever friendsI’ve read this book beforeand darlin i can tell you how it endsbe afraid of the line they teach you,be afraid of the way it goesYou be amazed at what you can raiseto something everybody knowswe’ve read our jacques derrida our michel foucaultwe’ve averted our eyes from the atrocity showit’s better to beat up on the devil that you knowsay the charming men in uniformgive praise to the empty heaven abovei reject the sword and embrace the dovei see the world suffused with loveand the charming men in uniformBe afraid of your parentsBe afraid of their clever friendsI’ve read this book beforeand darlin i can tell you how it endsbe afraid of the line they teach you,be afraid of the way it goesYou be amazed at what you can raiseto something everybody knowsBe afraid of your parentsBe afraid of their clever friendsI’ve read this book beforeAnd honey i can tell you how it endsBe afraid of the line they teach youBe afraid of the way it goesYou’d be amazed at what you can raise to something everybody knows.

The Clockwork Orange has a scene like this, and thematically this reference fits the song's lyrics. en.wikipedia. org/wiki/A_Clockwork_Orange_%28film%29#Themes

This is fucking brilliant! New Art for the People is one of my favorite albums of all time, but the vaguely sinister whimsy and theatricality of this is new and they're very, very well suited to it.
