@Will Wilson. Sure that's why half of the band left. Phil and the girls always singled out Jo Callis for praise from the beginning but never anyone else. Jo simply along at the right time, when the league were already having hits, and their popularity was increasing and most importantly, Rushent was on the scene.

This guy was outstanding and it made me mad that he was seen by the band as a slide projector when he could do far more....a genius who never flowered or was not allowed to flower and yes the league missed the point as DjBethell says... Let's not forget that Adrian wrote Don't you want me, the number one song.. And those girls credited as vocalists on albums???? Apart from Don't you want me and Lebanon , it's more like they are backing vocalists isn't it?

djbell,Exactly. Adrian was brilliant. There was no one like him. And it is only when he is sharing song credits ( travelogue reached 16) when all else before failed to chart. Boys and Girls was the highest for mk1 league. It just had a weak chorus but good otherwise, but they were pressed for time.
