The book was called "Don Quixote," and it is considered one of the greatest literary feats of all time. Quixote was a man who believed himself to be a knight (and believed that windmills were giants). The movie "They Might Be Giants" is about a man who believes himself to be Sherlock Holmes, and the psychologist he befriends. (I think--I haven't seen it) ;(
