This song is all about the psychotic nature of insanity and its pervasive effects on the sufferer and the society at large. In the Igbo language, "Onye Ara," is an insane person - someone who lacks the perceptions of societal decency. Someone who lacks the faculty to descern what is morally acceptable, and goes against the norm of commonsense. Onye Ara would rather bath with cold water in the winter as oppose to warm water. Onye Ara would rather go naked instead of clothing their body in the winter. We refer to such individuals as "OnyeAra" in Igbo.
