Wow, I can't believe they got a singer who tried to sing JUST LIKE Ferry . . bad decision, it turns out sounding like a pale imitation. Shame Bryan went solo, b/c the Explorers material was stronger than Ferry's solo work of the same period.

Oh Man, this is Awesome, I remember seeing The Explorers at the Hacienda in the 80's fantastic, being a big Roxy fan i went along in support of Andy and Phil, a great night also a great album!

The Explorers album is one of my most favourite albums.James has a great voice.Its a shame they never took off.My fav. song is without doubt 'Robert louis stephenson'from the first album. I would love to know what Mr. Wraith is doing now. VERY UNDER_RATED>

This is a nice, melancholic song, and you did a good job with the video. I was wondering, have you ever heard of a song by The Explorers, I think called, "Lorelei"? It was about the German maiden who drowned. There was a video released for it way back in the '80s. I haven't seen it since then, and I was wondering if you had access to it. It would be interesting to be able to see it again; it has been so long I hardly remember how the song went, but as far as I recall, it was quite good.
