The guy on the right is Johnny Danger from Two Wounded Birds, he is temporanelly replacing Connor Hanwick.

I can't say what I really know... I can only say if Connor left the Drums would have realesed a lot of interviews like they had when Adam left, so Connor will come back

Connor is playing with his girlfriend Peggy's band The Pains of Being Pure at Heart. I'm not 100% sure but I think he'll be back when the band come to record their third album. For now the drums are going to take a break and Jonny, Jacob and Connor are going to do their own things for awhile.
