It's the essence of what the 60s were about perfect individualism and an understanding of the minds wondering to darker places drugs, freedom, and religion. If people didn't sit on their phones or mess around on a computer all day I'm sure five guys could sit down and create this music again this lost art of poetry colors and being yourself not being brainwashed by your friends and reality to be who you aren't until people break from the normal boundaries of what they our taught to believe you'll never have magic feel the air in spirit and true beautiful music.

Whether Jim Morrison knew it or not, the reference to eating chicken is old, Southern slang for cunnilingus. Also, whether he knew it or not, "back door man" is a double entendre, too. Again, it is an old Southern slang expression that refers to anal sex. Morrison did not write this song, it is much older than that, but I am guessing the he probably did know the hidden meanings in it...
