No it's not. It's about God in general. The Islamic & Christian God are the same God. The Islam in the very beginning was just something neat to put in.

Allah in Islam is the same God as Christianity and Jews. We are taught that Christianity and Judaism are like the walls and base of a house and Islam is the final step or final revelation of God, like the roof of a house.
