Hello.Odd Stromnes, Norway here.For over 10 years I have studied beatles tribute bands.I have close to 200 bands on my list.Its very difficult to rank different bands,because not all bands are playing all melodies same good.But this band seems to me 100% honest in what they do.I never mind about what they look like.I hear the music and see their attitude on stage.For me this band comes very high up.Maybe one of the 3-4 best in the world.160 concerts played in 1 year told tell lie.They have gone through victories all overEurope.A band whos gone make it better than them, they really have a job to do.

One song that the Mahoney Bros do very very well, is "Slowdown", and I don't see any of the other imitators doing it. Quite frankly, about the middle of the song, you will here something by the guy playing John, that you don't here in any other Beatles song\. Try to pick it up, it's all in the lips. Listen to it, and you'll see what I mean.

I'd say in sound, The Mahoney Bros and The Fab Four are pretty much equal. The only place that I think The Mahoney Bros beat them, is their mannerisms. You can tell they've watched and studied the Beatles a lot, and have all the same actions, and listen when they speak, even their voices sound like the real Beatles.
