Yeah, John especially got off making the lyrics as off the wall as possible, to see what kind or reasonings critics could make out of it.. I think it's one reason why I loved his songs, so much,, he could be on this truly brilliant jag, and just through in a real head twister to hit the reset  button on your brain.. When asked about his nonsense lyrics, or  occassional bar of 5/4 of 6/4.. He responded.. Well I just didn't come up for words.. The time signature change.. I need another bar or two to fit the words in..
