I have no answers to these things myself. But there is one thing I can say that may help lonely people. You are lonely not because you're a natural born loser or because you're just naturally unattractive socially. You're lonely because you lack self-esteem, and self-confidence that makes you look and seem as if you are these things. BUT YOU ARE NOT. NOBODY IS. It's only the illusion of emotional unhealthiness.
