Yeah I never really bought that comment from Homme either. I don't doubt the he and the rest of Kyuss listened to a lot more punk like Black Flag and such and that influence is there as well, but... there's just no way Sabbath didn't have SOME influence. They covered Into the Void, for chrissakes
