What would it have sounded without the band? Was that Kenny Packwood on lead guitar? A humble entertainer always points to the musicians around him, or her during the applause!  Wish I could have afforded a great bunch of session musicians! ( Pete 'Kiwi' Keegan, who appeared on BBCTV 1957 and met Marty in Lewisham where he was playing under the name of 'Reg Smith'!

im a great elvis fan and elvis only made it because of his looks at first no denying he was amazing but these other guys would have been the same if they got the attention elvis did.elvis wasnt a natural the guy had to work hard to get wer he did.and so did all the other guys.

i seen this guy live a few months ago he was superb what a guy and his band mixed with the fans in the bar im a great elvis fan but marty and his band showed their appriciation( if thats how u spell it) . they were amazing best night i had in years he might be in his seventeis but he looked like he was in his prime just starting off he enjoyed it as much as we did. hope you live to 100 marty il book my ticket

Marty Wilde, Joe Brown and several other top musician/singers got lost in the stupidity that was Beatlemania. Anyone who's seen these guys live know that for the last several generations they have always delivered.
