I have been hurt in the past by family members, God began to deal with me to forgive them and to release them to him, and when this song came out I would shut off the radio because I didn't want to hear it, I didn't want to hear the words forgiveness. Then when reading the book of Matthew I read all about forgiving others so that our father in heaven forgives us too.... I cried, I asked God to "give me grace to forgive them" because I couldn't do it on my own. Now, I can hear this song, I can sing it and I can say I can breathe easier because I gave it to him. May God continue to use and inspire the singers of this group and all that share the word of God.

@Mendy DorI also hear what you believe you heard. Unfortunately, that is how our brain puts things together. Familiarity. Now, consider where you heard the song, who is singing the song and the message of the song. Is that how you believe the spirit works? Can light and darkness occupy the same space?I personally think he mashed the two words make and yeah. Depends on how the artist articulates certain sounds. I know I'm getting a little deep here, so let me say this: don't trivialize what God is blessing you with. Accept it, apply it and praise Him who is worthy!

They only live 5 minutes up the road. This year my son will be 10 years old. Divorce is ugly, even uglier is the torments parents will put their own children through to exact retribution or control on one another. After 7 years of court dates,agreed orders and fighting in the legal system essentially cutting my children in half, I gave them over to their mother, so that they may live a life free of the tug of war between two sinful parents. Whenever I get angry, upset or tired of the pain, I listen to this song. Gavin and Olivia I love you! I am your father, a piece of paper signed by a judge or anyone else will never change the blood running through your veins.
