I know he's lip syncing now but are the notes from the original studio version and the movie actually from him or are they altered to sound so high by a computer. If they are real, this guy has indeed a powerfull voice, if they are not then it was all a joke all along.

Eeghh. Its still music though people. I know its also a comedy act, but there music is still realllly good and i was they would PERFORM it instead of acting it out. It would be cool if they did the act thing at comedy shows but performed at rock shows.

The point of them lip synching is because in the movie, he is dreaming about performing this amazing gig and everyone loves the song but they weren't actually like that, that's the point.
