Dear God, if you hear me, please give Americans better musical education, so I don't have to read "haha it's from Tom and Jerry/Barbie/Fantasia/ass-wipes commercial" blah blah under every Tchaikovsky vid here... You all praise these shows for "introducing" you to Classic music, whatever that means, but you DON'T EVEN KNOW WHO ACTUALLY COMPOSED IT. What kind of education is this?! It gives children zero knowledge about music. No understanding of it. And, since they don't even bother to find out who's the composer, no real interest, which makes this "introduction" useless and meaningless. And why do you feel this overwelming URGE to discuss these shows here instead of Tchaikovsky, who, wow imagine that, didn't compose music for this purpose and, maybe, deserves more credit, more respect, and more interest without any relation to cartoons and commercials. Go on, call me snob for being tired of seeing same crappy comments, over and over again, while trying to find people who appreciate Tchaikovsky and his music on the Internet.
