I've found the very description of melancholia in this song and sound. from the way it starts, in waking till it hits you, and then takes a strong hold, till how it becomes the very part of the soul.. constantly engaging a crash and burn, seeking, forever fighting to break away from it... always within reach yet beyond complete grasp for relief, like a night in shining armor whose face behind the mask is just emptiness.. so close that a final push would seem to be enough to end it.. but then it comes sweeping back, the strong hold.. and becomes how you end up living constantly entangled with it.
