Anyone know what that "fluttering" frequency noise is on his vocal tracks on Polaris? It is most evident on tourniquet.. it is like a staticky, flickering,tremolo sound on a higher frequency

I wish they had higher volume and cleaner vocals as in this song. It kinda fades in production, that's sad. Also makes appear as if the vocalist has no power in voice ;:/ Still sunds amazing. :D
