I live in southern california, the city i live in and the ones around me have heavy, heavy hispanic populations, I've picked up on a good amount of spanish just by how many people speak it around me, not by taking any classes or anything. I know quite a few people who were born in a few different central american countries and moved here later in life too, and after hearing this, I have to say I was a little jealous of how well she speaks spanish. I've been complimented a few times on how good my accent is when I speak, and I feel she does just as good as me, I don't understand how anyone could think it was THAT bad. It's not perfect, but it's nowhere near bad. I think some people may be confusing her style of singing with having a bad accent.Anyway, I would love more latin covers.
