Suffocation took what slayer and thrash did, and made it so brutal. Terrence Hobbs has the most wacked out riffs of any band I ever heard. Very psychotic and fucked up but so creative and talented at the same time. The Drums, be it Mike or Dave is always sick. Franks has the sickest growls and intelligently written death metal lyrics in the game. Suffocation is pure art.
