I saw these guys when they were unheard of. Many years ago I think on the Nightmare Before Xmas tour with Korn and The Offspring and they blew our fucking faces off! Doing backflips and throwing guitars around the stage while still playing. It was seriously awesome!!10 years назад

I didn't say that this genre was founded by SOTY. I just gave the date of foundation of SOTY. Of course there were many bands before SOTY but I dont know any band making post-hardcore music. If you know, better you say it and I'll do research on those bands. :)10 years назад

Sorry, no, the genre was /not/ founded by SOTY. They certainly pioneered it for a while, but you'd need to go back to the late 80's to find real creators. And even then it was just a progression from a previous genre.10 years назад

I agree with you about the similarity between these two bands. I also think that they sound like each other but SOTY ,as I know, is one of the first band of this genre and I don't think there were many more bands before SOTY. They were founded at 1995.10 years назад
