@wizardquest93 Shows what 'the t.v doesn't show'. Must be an American thing to only show the victory stories from war. Here in the UK we get the nitty gritty on the BBC, continuous death updates, front line news reports with reporters dodging bullets/bombs, soldiers crying. In Libya, on 6 O'Clock pm news you see children covered in blood being put in ambulances. So, what you should really say is 'The side of war the t.v doesn't show you...... in America'

I know this is not imaginable,but the World wouldnt have much Problems when there would be no one who holds a weapon in his hands.But We are Humans and Humans kill themself since they Exist,so you are right.In the moment,with the thinking of the humanity,Soldiers are necessarry.

Whoever says fuck the military should think; Where would US be without their military after the bombing of Pearl Harbour? Where would Australia be without their soldiers up in Papua New Guinea in WW2 fending off the enemy while dying of starvation. Where would Europe be without France and UK fighting off Hitler? Ask yourself that before you disrespect any country's Military.

@Wardh001 Mate, I'm a Yank Infantryman that's fought along side many a British soldier. But through my 3 trips to Iraq and my current trip to Afghanistan, I've learned that people will never understand why we do what we do. What makes us continuously run head first into gunfire or into a burning truck to grab someone. I've come to terms with knowing the people around me will always doubt us or take us all for granted. That's just the way it'll be, but thank you for standing up for us. Cheers

This band is benefiting from this war just as much as every other institution buying into it. I am for peace, but if you are going to do something about it, hiding behind your ego and record company paychecks seems counterproductive. The lyrics, "are you still alive? are you scared inside?" are blatantly ignorant. Of course he is scared inside. He is at war. These posers get paid for this song. Maybe if they signed themselves up to fight, they wouldn't have to ask these shallow, naive questions.
