Always waited for this music video on MTV back in the day. Loved the choreography. I only realized now though that the vocals is pure Claire. I think Lisa and Faye's voice would've sounded nice on some parts too and they should've had some solo parts. Now I understand where the jealousy issue comes from :)

On the Steps lip-sync issue, they can certainly sing and sing well. The issue is that they're a dance act- dancing and singing don't actually go hand in hand that well unless the dance routines are very simple and don't involve a lot of physical effort. You can see similar bands like Eternal live and there's a lot less dancing than in their videos, and they are very good singers and dancers, ditto Mel&Kim for that matter. On that subject, Spice Girls sort of get a happy medium but the singing suffers to some extent, whilst they're in tune, not regarded in the same league as say, Destiny's Child although in terms of vocal talent we're talking creme de la creme of female R&B talent.
