I recently saw Neil Finn in a documentary film. so many years have passed that you don't recognize him. the film ended with them crashing thru a low budget version of this which did this gem of a song no justice.

Wow! I've seen Split Enz perform live so many times, including this song, but this is fantastic even by their high standards. Brilliant and much underrated band .

what year was this? seems so different from the 1980 video and live stuff. Wow, Neil was and is an amazing musician; he's just such a newbie in this video, such a young one. WOW! great video!

This is from Fridays, an ABC attempt to compete with Saturday Night Live. This was the very first time I ever heard Split Enz, and I've been a big fan every since. Wow, it just occurred to me that this was from 1980---29 years ago! It takes me back. Thank you for posting this, Alex.
