Jay Farrar is one of the best, most sophisticated songwriters of this generation. If you don't get it, you aren't paying attention.

Beautiful live version.

What a dull mess of a song. The pedal steel player knows one lick, and the banjo is way too loud and adds nothing to this train wreck.

The truth is a state of mind. You'll find it better at the end of the line. Brilliant take on the truth shall set you free

creosote, driving the view, back into your world, windfall, tulsa county, hang in blue slide, out of the picture, loose trig...they're all great songs

when the boquist brothers were in this group for the first 3 albums...there's not better music that can be found that exist on those albums. i can't swear but it looks like the boquists on bass and banjo..which would make this an older video

Uncle Tupelo was great but this is one of the best albums put out.
