YEAH, compared to what the so called big4 are doing these days, you can call sodom still a thrash metal band. seen 'em live some months ago in a small club here in germany, still powerful after all these years. sorry for bad english.

Yep, for sure. I reckon it's lame the way people cling to those ones as the "classics". They're great albums, but I think really they're popular because they came out at a time when thrash was getting featured on MTV and such, and the increased exposure/sales meant that people called them classics even though Sodom have bettered them several times over. Give me the Bernemann material any day.

Bobby did an awesome job for the last album with Sodom, I already miss his drumming, seeing those festival videos with the new drummer, he just fucks up everytime see for yourself the Hellfest vids (pro), I mean fuck ! Bobby had this groove that the new doesn't have, at all which fitted perfectly with Sodom's music. And those cymbals..man, Meinl endorsee, just a matter of taste but those Paiste sounded way better, Rude ride, not that washy thing...Bobby had a colored sounding kit HAIL BOBBY .
