Not sure if you are aware but following Alan Barton's very unfortunate death the remaining members of Smokie decided to persist as a band and went about finding a new lead singer. Following auditions and after only one song from Mike Craft a decision was made. He was the chosen one. That has to tell you something about what the rest of the band thought of Craft as a lead singer and how he could revivify the group. Go Smokie Go.
