if nothing else, it sounds like he cares again, which is enough for me. corgan circa 2002 - 2009 or so was a pretty dour figure. sad too, because i love this band more than a person really should like a band.14 years назад

@lemonscure: For me the Pumpkin's sound is the 90's rock Gish and Siamese Dream. Siamese Dream in particular, there wasn't one bad song on that album. It was amazing. Absolutely mindblowing, from the riffs to the chorus to the insanely awesome solos. This isn't bad but it's far from Siamese Dream's awesomeness.14 years назад

sounds like a ameture high school band and this famous singer trying to vocalize with a harmony that is majorly just not soundig right and is sorely lacking like a man trying to catch is breath right after being kicked in the nuts with a chain saw but cant quite find the words to explain how it feels.14 years назад

The only thing that I can't figure out is how Billy Corgan, being the great musician he is, didn't hear the brilliance in the violin that was used for the live Spirits in the Sky rendition of this? Hmmm I know what you mean.. but I feel it's more that the vocals on these last few songs have just been less doctored than in the past. There's little or no reverb,echo, or subtle vocal effects of any kind. I hope Billy decides to embelish the vocals more for certain upcomming songs on this album.
