As you can hear on the beginning of the clip this track was meant to be on the Slade alive album. However for some reason it wasen't on the album and this is the only know recording of Slade performing it. It is from France (or was it Belgian?) TV 1971

Unionsquare Music have put all Slade live albums/single into one excellent live anthology. For more information see: http://www.unionsquaremusic.co.uk/slade/ and http://www.sladeshop.com

How great to discover this in 2007 when I've been a fan since 1971 Slade and YouTube rule. :)

Answering my own question from a month ago . . . I found this song on newer release from 2009 called Live at the BBC and bought it from Amaz*n. Fantastic cover version of this song (they must have been Led Zep fans) , and a great sampler of early Slade music, about half are covers. Must of been a blast, pure rock and roll heaven, to be a member of Slade or a fan at their shows circa 1973.

Absolutely wonderful to see Slade before hitting the big time. The black and white years I call them. Many thanks Sladev !! LLTMS !!

Yes, they're sounding :) I love Slade and Zeppelin also. For my opinion the 70-es British music is better music for all times...
