I beg to differ. This surely is not a perfect example of dream pop. Actually I doubt it has anything to do with dream pop at all. Dream pop is a genre of rock that is sort of the shy brother of shoegaze. This song is completely lacking any e-guitars with heavy effects. A perfect example of dream pop would be Beach House - Norway

i didn't think much of the sugababes when i was a kid, but after checking out their first album, their original line-up, and now i hear they're coming back... i decided to check out each original member and see if they had talent or if they were just doing it for the attention. yeah.. they have fkn talent... this girl is probably the spark they lost when they went big and sold out. i'm seriously looking forward to their new stuff. soibhan is amazing and i never even heard of her till today.
